CANCELLATION POLICY
We require at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, a fee will be charged. The fee is 50% of the service you were booked for. If you fail to show up or miss your appointment without contacting us, 100% of the service amount will be charged to your card on file. If we are unable to charge your card, you will not be able to book a future appointment until all charges or fees are paid for. A last minute cancellation or no-show due to any illness will be handled in the same way as mentioned above. Please do not enter if you are feeling sick in any way.
